Margaret Rodriguez

Margaret Rodriguez, 93, a lifelong resident of Southern California, was born on February 8, 1915 in Hermosillo, Mexico and passed away on March 4, 2008 in Montebello, California.
Margaret was the youngest of five children and the last of her generation. She greatly enjoyed singing and listening to music. She loved flowers especially roses and adored animals. She started each day with a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. No one had a bigger heart or a deeper passion for life then Margaret. She will be sincerely missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.
Margaret is survived by her loving family, son, Charles Duran of Pico Rivera, California, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and was preceded in death by her daughter, Irene D. Harrison in 2006.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 10:00 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Vigil will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral mass will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, March 14, 2008 at Saint Benedict's Catholic Church, Montebello, California, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
