Antonio is survived by his wife Juana Valdez, and his children Mayela Orozco, Maria A. Valdez, Ramona Ricoy, Rita Soriano, Guadalupe Rangel, Lourdes Hernandez Valdez, Alma Valdez Flores, Sandra Valdez-Soriano, & Bertha A. Valdez. He also leaves behind 32 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Antonio was greeted at Heaven's Gate by his son Juan Antonio Valdez who preceded his in death.
