Constance Eleanor Alighire, 87, was born on March 13, 1931 in Roxbury, Massachusetts to John King and Evelyn Briggs and entered into eternal rest on August 8, 2018 in Los Alamitos, California.

With dedication and a creative eye, Connie was an interior decorator for the retail industry for over 25 years. She was long time parishioner of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Seal Beach. Prior to that she was a member of St. Pius X in Grandville, Michigan. She was also a Dominican Associate at Marywood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Connie volunteered many hours for numerous charities. She love to read and cook for her family.

Connie leaves behind her loving family: Son, Vincent John Alighire (Denice) of Wyoming, Michigan, Daughter, Barbara (Jim) Lawley of Mobile, Alabama, Daughter, Teresa (Mike) Rens of Hudsonville, Michigan, Son, James Francis Alighire (Jeff King) of Chicago, Illinois, Son, Christopher Robert Alighire of Seal Beach, California, Son, Vincent Robert Alighire of Hudsonville, Michigan, seven loving grandchildren, 1 great granddaugher, Sister, Jeanie Winston of New Hampshire, Sister, Evelyn "Chickie" Grue of New Hampshire, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several other family members and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly. She was met at Heaven's Gate by her loving husband, Vincent Alighire Jr.
