Jeremiah Diaz, 50, was born on January 17, 1969 in Los Angeles, California to Vincent Diaz and Susan Loya and entered into eternal rest on August 7, 2019 in Alhambra, California.
Through dedication and hard work, Jeremiah worked with the various communities of the Los Angeles County area as a homeless outreach supervisor for over 20 years.
Jeremiah Diaz was a loving and caring husband and father. He was a servant of God who dedicated his life to helping others in need. He helped so many people fight alcohol and drug addiction, homelessness, mental health issues, domestic violence, etc. He loved working as a Homeless Outreach Worker in South Los Angeles. Jeremiah was a family man. He loved being home and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and 2 fur babies. Jeremiah had many qualities but the best one was his big heart. Many times, he put the needs of others before his own because that was the kind of man he was. He loved unconditionally and passed away with a heart full of love.
Jeremiah is survived by his loving family: Wife, Martha Beatriz Diaz, Daughter, Valerie Marie Estala, Parents, Vincent (Billie) Diaz, Siblings, Denise Barajas, Matthew Diaz, Nick Diaz, Connie Diaz, and other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
