Phelps loved cooking, barbecuing, and roasting marshmallows during bonfires. He loved fishing, gardening, and playing his favorite kind of music. Most of all, Phelps loved having family parties and watching his grandkids play football and baseball.
Phelps is survived by his loving family: Wife, Yolanda, Children, Doobie, Lelanie, Bobby, and Vanessa, Grandchildren, Mariah, Frankie, Xavier, Joey, and Micaela. Phelps will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
