Alex Jack Volkov, 83, was born in Los Angeles, California on May 2, 1927 and passed away in Whittier, California on March 29, 2011.
Alex is survived by his loving children, Debra Draheim of Fallbrook, Marie Wolfe of Chatsworth, Karen Agnello of Costa Mesa, Nancy Cutter of Nevada, Jacob Volkov of Morro Bay, Peter Volkov of Torrance, Tamara Volkov of Atascadero, Luba Heustls if Lakewood, and Grace Weglian of Ohio; nine grandchildren and sister Nadjia Orloff of Pico Rivera.
Immediate family gathering will be held 9:00am at Risher Montebello Mortuary on Monday, April 4, 2011 with the Dressing prayer beginning at 10:30am.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Russian Molokan cemetery in Commerce directly from Risher Mortuary.
