Alfonso De Jesus Villasenor Profile Photo
Alfonso de Jesus Villaseñor was born to Jorge and Socorro (Rodriguez) Villaseñor on January 13, 1969 in Mexico and entered into eternal rest on October 15, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. He was 47 years old. Alfonso was employed as a teacher and worked for the LA Unified School district for over 21 years.

Alfonso Villaseñor was considered many things in his life a son, a husband, a father, a friend, a teacher but above all he was a man who loved to live life to the fullest with his family by his side. There was never a time when he wasn’t smiling or trying to brighten someone’s day through his kind words or warming presence. His love of music was an essential part of his everyday life beginning and ending the day with an upbeat song. Being physically active was not only a lifestyle but was a way for him to spend more quality time with his family by doing 5k’s, mud runs as well as an occasional marathon. What he enjoyed most was his annual family trips to new as well as familiar places with his loved ones where they would create lasting memories filled with nothing but love and laughter. Overall Alfonso was a family man who received those around him with open arms and a loving heart.

Alfonso is survived by his wife Rosalia Casarez of Downey and his three children; daughter Vanessa Villaseñor, son Diego de Jesus Villaseñor and son Santiago Emmanuel Villaseñor all of Downey, California. He also leaves behind his father Jorge Villaseñor of Los Angeles, mother Soco (Marco) Garcia of Maywood, his two brothers; Jorge (Claudia) Villaseñor of Montebello and Joe (Elizabeth Munoz) Villaseñor of Rosemead, his step-brothers and step-sisters; Gloria (Charles) Cotton of San Francisco, Gracie Sano of Whittier, Conrad Garcia of Las Vegas and Marco Garcia Jr. of Maywood, his brothers & sisters-in-law; Alfredo (Yolanda) Casarez of Compton, Manuel (Araceli) Casarez of Lakewood, Salvador (Leticia) Casarez of Compton, Jesus (Loreto) Casarez of Compton, Sahara (Alberto) Lutz of Whittier, Maria (Victor) Romero of Long Beach, Andrea (Guillermo) Lopez of Compton, Benito Casarez of Compton, Ismael Cortez of Compton as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
