Alfred Gerardo Martinez, 55, was born in San Gabriel on January 12, 1958 and passed away at his residence in Montebello surrounded by his loving family on February 21, 2013. He was previously employed as a truck driver for 30 years in the transportation industry, and many of those years was employed by Robinson's May.
A Memorial Service will be held for Alfred on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel of Downey.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nadine Ann Martinez of Montebello, his daughter, Yvette Eileen (Robert) Duchess of Montebello, his sons, Alfred Joseph (Jackie) Martinez, Jr., of Santa Fe Springs and Anthony Ray Martinez of Montebello and his beautiful new grandaughter, Sophia Marie Martinez of Santa Fe Springs. He also leaves his mother, Juanita G. Martinez of Chino Hills, his siblings, Jorge Antonio (Joanna) Martinez of Laguna Hills, Margaret (Marc) Pagan of Chino Hills, Louis Gustavo (Nilda) Martinez of Maryland and Patricia (Eric) Mendez of Rancho Cucamonga, 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
