Allen is survived by his loving mother Herminia Williams, siblings, Walter Willams, Deborah Williams, Albert Williams, Richard Williams, David Williams, Daniel Williams, Gary Williams, Zena Strang, Cynthia Howell and Steven Howell. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 8-10:00am on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello.
Graveside service will be held at 12:00pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Bl.,Riverside, CA 92518
