Angel Reza Estrada

Angel Reza Estrada, 80, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico on August 2, 1932 and entered into eternal rest on August 28, 2012 in Montebello, Ca. He was previously a surveyor for BLC Engineering and had been in the land surveying industry for 33 years.
Angel's greatest joy was his family. He was a great lover of all animals, enjoyed gardening at home and had 2 gardens at the YMCA and enjoyed remodeling. He loved watching UCLA basketball and football and was an avid Dodger fan. He enjoyed listening to mariachi music. Angel's favorite date was the 4th of July because it was he and his wife's wedding anniversary. He loved hosting a gathering on this date for his entire family.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 9:00am at St. Benedict Church in Montebello. Services will conclude there.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Estela Estrada of Montebello, his sons, Ricardo Estrada of Glendale, David A. Estrada of Montebello, Daniel M. Estrada of Mariposa and his daughters, Yolanda Estrada and Angela D. Gustafson, both of Mid Pines, Ca. He also leaves 6 grandchildren, his sister, Maria Aguillera of Las Cruces, New Mexico and his brother, Miguel Estrada of El Paso, Texas.
