Artemio Rodriguez Profile Photo
Artemio Rodriguez, 80, was born in Seabrook, Texas on November 5, 1933 and passed away in Garden Grove, CA. on August 4, 2014. He was a Machinest for 50 years and owned his own machine shop in Los Angeles. He truly loved his trade. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1954-1959 and was given an Honorable Discharge. He enjoyed his time in the army, and especially loved being able to travel through Europe.

Artemio enjoyed listening to jazz and was in a band in his youth. He loved cars and at one time had a corvette and a mustang. He loved to talk about the past and look at old pictures. He also loved to eat ice cream. He became a Christian and gave his life to the Lord about 3 years ago when he became very sick. The Lord blessed him with 3 more years to be able to enjoy life and spend time with his grandsons.

He is survived by his daughters, Angela (Scott) Lasch of Lakewood and Regi (John) Tolleson of Texas, and his grandchildren, Nathanael, Jordan and Caleb Lasch, all of Lakewood and Amanda Tolleson, Aubrey Gomez and Zane Tolleson, all of Texas. He is also survived by his brothers, Robert (Audrey) Rodriguez of Wisconsin and Clyde Bevan of Los Angeles.

Revelation 21:4 "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
