Arthur is survived by his loving wife, Edna Mendoza of Montebello, daughter, Lenora Noroski of Houston, Texas, sons, Anthony Mendoza of Ontario, Steven Mendoza of Hacienda Heights and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, January 8, 2010, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 7:00 pm.
Funeral mass will be at 9:00 am on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Montebello, California, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery in Montebello, California.
