Aurea Canlas, 92, was born in Pampanga, Phllipines and passed away on August 4, 2010 in Bell, California.
Aurea is survived by loving children, Bella Figueroa of Montebello, Donnie Canlas of the Phillipines, Gloria Canlas of the Phillipines, Nelson Canlas of Long Beach, Mamerto Canlas Jr. of San Francisco and George Canlas of Whittier. Her sister Anna Tolentino of the Phillipines and twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2010 from 2-8:00pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel with a vigil service starting at 5:00pm.
Funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 9:00am at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Montebello, California. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery also in Montebello.
