Aurora Gonzales Esquivel, 91, was born on August 29, 1918 in Tyrone, New Mexico, and passed away on November 9, 2009 in Anaheim, California.
Aurora is survived by her loving daughters, Olivia Smith of Oxnard, Esther Smith of Lake Arrowhead, Yolanda Bailey of Big Sandy, Texas, sons, Arthur Esquivel of Lake Havasu, Louie Esquivel of Beaumont, Jimmy Esquivel of Yorba Linda, fourteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, November 16, 2009, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 7:00 pm.
Funeral mass will be at 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Montebello, California, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
