Aza Kalachian, 84, was born on August 13, 1939, in Kerch Ukraine to Dimitri and Haiganush Nersesian. Aza entered into her eternal rest on February 14, 2024, in Pasadena, California.
Aza is survived by her loving family: Daughters, Yvette Lisa Aghishian of Duarte and Jana Kalachian of Montebello, Son-in-Law, Vatche Aghishian of Duarte, Granddaughters, Abbigail Aghishian and Maddison Aghishian both of Duarte, Sister, Tania Harutunian of Huntington Beach, Nephews, Michael Bagramian (Kay) and Robert Harutunian (Bonny), and Niece, Margaret Harutunian-Bray (Steve), and numerous great nieces and nephews. Aza will be greatly missed by everyone who knew, loved, and cared for her.
Aza is predeceased by her ex-husband, Peter Paul Kalachian, and her sister, Valia Bagramian.
