Bailey was survived by his loving children, Christina Denise Fulton and Jonathan Wattie. He also leaves behind his mother Aliee Wattie, sister, Martha Sue Guerrero, brothers Billy Ray Wattie and Woodrow Wilson Wattie, and his sister Shirley Wimberely.
Bailey was greeted at heaven's gate by his loving wife Shelly Denise Fulton who preceded him in death.
