Benjamin Valence, 87, a long time of Southern California, was born in Black River Falls, Wisconsin on January 4, 1920 and passed away in Montebello, California on September 3, 2007.
Benjamin is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Valence of East Los Angeles, California, daughters, Yolanda Melendrez of San Clemente, California, Sonia Silva of Downey, California, Mary Ann Rowon of Cedar Creek, New Mexico, four Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren.
Visitaion will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Vigil will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 10:00 am at St. Hilary Catholic Church, Pico Rivera, California, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
