Billie is survived by her loving sons, William Ridge Wanlass of Chino, Don Richard Wanlass of Pico Rivera, Robert Leonard Wanlass of Reno, Nevada, daughters, Elizabeth Ann Lemley of Orem, Utah, Sandra Jean Plummer of Pico Rivera, step-sister, Carlotta Cravens of Fullerton, twenty grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2009 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello.
Funeral service will be at 11:30 am on Saturday, October 3, 2009, at Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, 6203 Passons Blvd., Pico Rivera, Ca. 90660 ' (562) 801-1106, with interment following at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
