Blanche dedicated over 30 years of hard work while employed as an transportation administrative assistant for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Blanche is survived by her loving family: Children, Theresa Velasco of Alhambra, Ca., Victor Velasco of Los Angeles, Ca., Niece, Patricia Richards of Montebello, Ca., Great Nephew, Michael Richards of Montebello, Ca., Daughter in Law, Katia Corea of Alhambra, Ca., along with other family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Blanche was greeted by her sister, Mary Richards, brother, Hector Portello, and brother in law, Max Richards as she entered the gates of Heaven. Mary, Hector, and Max preceded Blanche in death.
