Carol Jean High Profile Photo
Carol Jean High, 66, was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 25, 1952 and passed away in West Covina on April 17, 2019. She was born to Willard H. Cuzzort and Alice L. Beswick.

Carol was an Office Director for Azusa Pacific University for 15 years and was previously Office Manager of First Baptist Church of Downey for many years. Carol was a strong and vibrant woman who loved working with children, spending time at the beach, and, of course, her Dallas Cowboys. She especially treasured the time with her five grandchildren and her grand nephews and niece. Growing up, Carol was never scared to speak her mind and she always expected the most out of those she loved. She had a true passion for people which was evident in the work she did at Azusa Pacific and the friendships she poured herself into. She loved the Lord deeply and desired for those who knew her to know Him. She will forever be missed but we find comfort knowing she has finally experienced complete healing.

Carol leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer (Justus) White of CA, her son, Justin (Ashley) High of CA, her grandchildren, Isaac High, Tyler White, Melanie High, Mia White, Hunter High and Baby Girl High, all of CA. She also is survived by her sister Debbie (John) Smyser of CA, her brother-in-law, Greg Presley of CA, her nephews, Scott (Amber) Smyser and Ryan Presley, both of CA and her niece, Kimberly (Rick) Binder of WA. She also leaves her grand niece and grand nephews, Autumn, Carter and RJ.
