Charles is survived by his loving family, sister, Shirley Drummuld of Chicago, Illinois, brothers, Loren Brown Jr. of Temple City, California and Richard Monas of Florida.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 11:30 am at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California, with interment immediately following.
