Charles is survived by his three children; daughter Jamie (Nathan) Larson of California, daughter Rebecca Welty of Calfornia, son Christpher (Holly) Welty of Washington and his grandson Henry Larson. He also leaves behind his three brothers; Michael Welty of Glendale, twin brother William Welty of Bellfower and John (Cindy) Welty of Oceanside as well as his nephew Rob Welty.
