Concepcion Garcia, 88, a long time resident of Southern California, was born on February 9, 1920 in El Paso, Texas and passed away on February 29, 2008 in Montebello, California.
Concepcion is survived by her loving family, daughter, Olivia Cervantes of Montebello, California, son, Carlos Garcia of Montebello, California, sister, Sara Alvarez of City of Commerce, California, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Vigil will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Montebello, California, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
