Daniel David Solis, 59, was born in Whittier, California on August 23, 1955 and passed away in Los Angeles, California on October 3, 2014. He was previously employed as a shipping clerk in the steel distribution industry for 7 years. Danny loved his children and family more than anything. He was an avid golfer fisherman and enjoyed the horse races.
Daniel is survived by his son, Edward Augustin Solis of Buena Park, his daughters, Rebecca Consuelo Solis of Paramount and Renae Alicia Solis of Lakewood, his step son, Joseph (Veronica) Velasquez of Norwalk and his step daughter, Lonni "Sabina" (Percy) Pitts of Lakewood. He also leaves behind his mother, Consuelo Solis of Pico Rivera, his brother, John Phillip Solis of Whittier, his sister Anna Marie (Ray) Galvan of Whittier and his grandchildren, Melissa Garcia, Joseph Velasquez, Kasandra Velasquez, Anthony Johnson, Marcus Johnson, Kody Pitts and his great-grandson Ivan Garcia.
