Daniel Genaro Zapata Jr. 66, was born on August 7, 1941 in Mexico and passed away on June 16, 2008, in Pasadena, California.
Daniel is survived by his loving family, sons, Art(Amy) Zapata of Burbank, California, Daniel(Aleta) Zapata of El Monte, California, daughter, Leticia(Steve) Crawford of Duarte, California and Carmen and family, sisters, Lulu Sanchez of Alhambra, California, Rosa Givens of San Diego, California, and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil starting at 7:00 pm.
Funeral mass will be on Friday, June 20 2008, at 9:00 am at St. Lucy's Catholic Church, 3945 City Terrace Drive in Los Angeles, California, with interment following at Evergreen Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
