Danny Anthony Carretta, 83 was born on April 27, 1933 in Italy and went to be with our Lord on December 8, 2016 in Downey, Ca with his family by his side.
He was in Aerospace with McDonnell Douglas for over 20 years and was a veteran of the United States Army, earning an Honorable Discharge for his years of service.
Danny is survived by his loving Son Maurice Carretta and Daughter-In-Love Maria Carretta of Downey, He is the beloved Grandfather of Clarissa Carretta, Robert Carretta and Jonathan Carretta of Downey and cherished Brother of Antoinetta Gentile of Palmdale, CA and John Carretta of Pittsburg, PA.
He will be missed and will always hold a special place in the hearts of all of the lives that he touched. We rejoice that he is smiling in the Lord's presence now.
