It was in this musical world that she met Vincent (the bass player) who was to be her life partner in marriage. Together they raised two loving, beautiful children, Joseph and Hannah, who are also musically gifted like their parents.

Darcey was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and trusted friend that loved unconditionally.

Darcey touched many different lives with her sincere love, whether it be family, those in the field of music, education or community. Besides being dedicated to her family, she also enjoyed entertaining, singing up a storm! She loved musicals, good soulful music, life's celebrations, babies, butterflies, and laughing with family and friends.

Among the most important things in her life – belief in God, humanity's inherent spirituality, dedication to family and friends.
