David Mark Barbosa, 59, was born on September 15, 1952 in Los Angeles, California and passed away on May 6, 2012 in Montebello, California.
David was previously employed with the Koppl Co. as a machinest for 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, especially watching his grandson play soccer & playing in the back yard with his young grandaughter. David was an avid Laker basketball fan! He loved baseball and was a Dodger fan too. He always coached his children's sports teams. He enjoyed traveling and had traveled the country.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 5-9:00pm in our Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel with the Vigil service starting at 7:00pm. The Funeral mass will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 9:00am at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Barbosa of Montebello, his son, Bradley (Donna) Barbosa of Diamond Bar, his daughter, Lisa Barbosa of Montebello, his grandaughter, Victoria Barbosa of Montebello and Joey Love of Diamond Bar. He also leaves his mother, Aida Barbosa of Montebello and his brothers, Richard Barbosa of Clovis, Kenneth Barbosa of Bakersfield and Leo Munoz of Puget Sound, WA, and his aunt, Mary Munoz of Montebello.
