David is survived by his loving wife, Sue Higgenbottom, and his children, John Higgenbottom, Michelle Higgenbottom, David (D.J.) Higgenbottom, Paul Higgs, Thomas Higgenbottom, and Daniel Higgenbottom, as well as a legacy of 8 grandchildren. David was greeted at Heaven's Gate by his son, Michael Higgenbottom, who passed away in 2006. David will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
