David was a devoted payroll master in the motion pictures & entertainment industry for over 40 years, affectionately known as "The King of Payroll".

David leaves behind his loving family: Wife, Beatrice Medrano, Daughter, Melissa Andrea Medrano, Daughter, Christina Theresa Medrano, Daughter, Anna Vanessa Medrano, and Fur Baby, Daisy Pooh Dog, all Residents of the Fairgrove Estate in La Puente, California. David also leaves behind his loving family: Sister, Suzie Angel Montes of Los Angeles, California, Sister and Brother-In-Law, Valerie Marie and Jimmy Marquez-Montes of Fontana, California, Sister/Cousin, Eleanor Chica Lozano of Ontario, California, Brother (Best Friend) and Sister-In-Law, George Luis and Alexandra Escalera of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Brother (Mentor/Art Teacher) Paul and Judy Tanzawa of Los Angeles, California, Brother-In-Law, Enrique Henry Rivera of Whittier, California, Brother-In-Law and Sister-In-Law, Armando and Reina Tovar of Cameron Park, California, and Brother-In-Law, Salvador Tovar of Los Angeles, California. Nieces and nephews, Angel Gonzalez-Tovar, David and Stacie Tovar, Armando Tovar Jr., Paul Escalera, Michelle Orozco-Escalera, Michael Escalera, Darlene Meza, Andrew Meza, Eva Delgadillo-Marquez, Valerie Ceballos-Montes, Jimmy Marquez Jr., Adrianna Ferrill-Tovar, Melinda Tovar, Yvonne Tovar and Michael Bolisay, Carlos Johnny-Angel Garcia, Ruby and Vincent Medina-Marquez, Cassandra G., Danny Tovar, and Isaac Tovar, as well as many cousins and other family members and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly, including family friends (who are more like family): Jesse Manliguis, Donna Evdokimoff, Cesar and Margie Alvarado, Priscilla Garcia, Me'shell Carranza and Carranza-Amador Family, Bob and Olga Sifuentes-Reilly, Michael Wilson, Glenda Hallin, and Stan Umemoto. Special thanks to his friend Super Mario.

David is now Home with his loved ones who have gone before him, including his Mom and Dad, his Grandma Josephine Medrano, his Aunt Mary Garcia-Galindo, his Brother, Steven Montes, his Sister/Cousin Gordilia Chata East-Garcia, his Cousin Ada Lozano, his Brother-In-Law, David Tovar, his Nephew Jesse Anthony Meza, and his Best Friends Carl and Arlene Guido.
