Dorothea is survived by her loving daughter, Debbie Carpenter of Hacienda Heights, California, sons, Dennis Murillo of Pomona, California, Sunny Murillo of Bakersfield, California, Kenny Phillips of Lytle Creek, California, Lewis Phillips of Fullerton, California, fifteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at United Methodist Church in Montebello, California.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm on Friday, October 3, 2008, at United Methodist Church in Montebello, California, with interment following at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
