Edward Ambroff, 78, was born in Los Angeles, CA on November 14, 1935 and passed away in Whittier, CA. on May 14, 2014. He previously owned and operated Ed's Welding & Manufacturing for 30 years, in the truck body manufacturing industry. After retiring he decided to stay active and worked in the refuse industry as a sales representative. He proudly served his country in the Air National Guard from 1958-1964 and was given an Honorable Discharge. He coached YMCA teams in football, track and basketball and enjoyed taking his family on dirt biking trips.

A Prayer Service will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Cathedral The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 11:00 am also at the Cathedral. Interment will be at Inglewood Park Cemetery, followed by the memorial luncheon at The Golden Skewer in Montebello.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Rosemary Ambroff of Downey, his sons, Michael (Anita) Ambroff of Downey, Richard (Patricia) Ambroff of Downey and his daughter, Nancy (Kelly) Ambroff of Huntington Beach. He was the proud grandfather of six.
