Elio "Leo" Mestas
March 20, 1928 — February 10, 2015
Elio "Leo" Mestas was born to Jose Mestas and Juanita Llanes in Colorado on March 20, 1928 and entered into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family in San Fernando, California on February 10, 2015. He was 86 years old.
Leo is survived by his wife Carmen Mestas, and his children Lorraine Garcia Pearsall, Donald Mestas, Doreen (Daniel) Mestas-Montantes, Victor (Tracey) Pacheco, Yvonne (Mark) Audelo, Roxane (Clifford) Logan, & Joe (Sara) Pacheco. He also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 30 1/2 great grandchildren. Leo was greeted at Heavens gate by his loving grandson Frank Refuerzo who preceded him in death.
The family of Leo would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your love and support during this difficult time. Leo will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
