Born on her family farm in Montebello, on May 30, 1915, Emma
(Sarrazin) Ryan entered eternal rest in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at age 95.
At 18 she met Robert Ryan; they married in 1935 and spent the next 75 years together. She went to work during World War II, raised three children and supported a number of church and school efforts throughout the years.
Emma is survived by her husband, Bob; her children Charlene(Harold) Paquette, Ralph(Michelle)Ryan, and
Ron Ryan; nine grandchilden and twelve great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at 9:00am on Monday April 4, 2011 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 1022 Cleveland Ave.,Montebello, CA 90640. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
