Ernest proudly served in the United State Navy and was honorably discharged for his faithful service to our great nation. Ernest also dedicate over 38 years of being a civil engineer.
Ernest is survived by his loving family: Daughters, Jennifer Waters of Victorville, Alison Garcia of Monterey Park, Catherine Hatwood of Bristol, United Kingdom, and son Jonathan Garcia of Pomona, along with other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Ernest was reunited at the gates of heaven with his wife Jacquelyn L. Garcia.
