Esequiel Flores was born on January 24, 1964 to Arturo and Stella (Reyes) Flores. He entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2017. He was 52 years old.
In his early years he enjoyed running track and cross country. He completed a marathon at the age of 13. He liked drawing free hand, which he was very good at, swimming, fishing, and all outdoor activities.
After high school Esequiel joined the Peace Corps for 2 years. He worked at a meat packing company for many years. He then became an art technician in body art known as tattoos.
Esequiel owned his own shop for a period of time and was self employed for 22 years.
Esequiel is survived by his daughter, Vanessa Flores of Colorado, his sons, Christopher (Amber) Flores of Colorado and Esequiel Angel Flores of Norwalk, his daughters, Genavee (Faustino) Flores Rodriguez and Raven Flores of Montebello, his son, Joshua Flores of Montebello, as well as 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. He also leaves his siblings, Martha (Sylvester) Flores Jackson of Norwalk, Joe Flores of Downey, Vivian (David) Carrasco-Vivanco of Downey and Blanca Carrasco of Norwalk and 7 nieces and 6 nephews. Esequiel will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
