Esther Manibog Javier
December 14, 1927 — April 29, 2015
Esther Manibog Javier, 85, was born in the Philippines on December 14, 1927 and passed away on April 29, 2015 at her residence in Monterey Park, surrounded by her loving family. Esther was previously a Legal Secretary for the Manibog Law Firm for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry, who passed away less than one year ago. Together they were married in Chicago in 1948 and had celebrated 66 years of marriage before Henry's passing.

"Oh, how I will miss my five children Adela, Johnny, Cheryl, Jamie, and Dolly. And now they're all grown with families of their own. Chuchi and husband Tom with her daughter Natalie and her two sons Ashton and Kaydyn. Johnny and daughter Jessica with husband Eric and children Helena and Isaiah. Cheryl and husband Mike and her two sons John and his wife Isela and children Andy, Ilena, and Sophia Esther. Dennis and his wife Liz with their daughter Evangeline. James and his two daughters Chelsea and Nicole. Dolly and her husband Matt and their son Tyler. I am so thrilled to join my husband Henry AKA "Dolly" and both my parents, my brother Ben, my other relatives and friends. What a big celebration!"

Esther is survived by her children, Adela J. Weise of Gardnerville, NV, John G. Javier of San Dimas, Cheryl Caliendo of Walnut, James H. Javier of Monterey Park, E. Dolly Dunne of Alhambra, and her grandchildren, Natalie Wright, John Carrillo, Chelsea and Nicole Javier, Tyler Dunne, Jessica Gutierrez and Dennis Lewis. She also leaves her great grandchildren, Kayden Lee Anthony Wright, Ashton Cooke, Andy, Ilena and Sophia Esther Carrillo, Elena and Isiah Gutierrez and Evangeline Lewis. Esther also is survived by her brother, Monty Manibog of Monterey Park, her sisters, Priscila Caracol of Monterey Park, Patricia Icaman of Alhambra, Adelle Karnop of Hesperia and Francine Christian of Whittier, and numerous nieces and nephews.
