Eufemia is survived by her loving family: Husband, Anselmo Nuñez, Son, Carlos Ramirez (Irma), Daughter, Elizabeth Montez (Matt), Daughter, Carole Mehaffe (Michael), Daughter, Ruby Soto (Pascual), Son, Henry Ramirez, along with 14 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
