Eugene Mascorro Damiani, 82, born on February 17, 1936 in El Paso, Texas to Jose Damiani and Maria Mascorro entered eternal rest on January 29, 2019 in Los Angeles, California.
Gene, as most people called him, was a Foreman for the United States Postal Service for over 36 years working hard to provide for his family. As a veteran of the United States Army, he earned an Honorable Discharge for his years fighting bravely for our freedom.
Gene was an avid reader and history buff, cheering his kids at all their events, going out with his wife and family. He loved coffee and hot cocoa. He was also a selfless person and helped anyone and everyone he could.
He is survived by his loving family: Wife Cleotilde, son Jose and his wife Elizabeth, daughter Sandra, son Eugene and his wife Amber, son David and his wife Lisett as well as 7 loving grandchildren.
