Fernando Medina Ortiz was born to Ma. Elena Ortiz and Jacinto Medina on March 12, 1944 in Guanajuato, Mexico and entered into eternal rest on July 18, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. He was 72 years old.
Fernando is survived by Dulce Medina, Rosa Medina and son Fernando Ortiz. He also leaves behind grandchildren; Omar, Carlos, Kristopher, KO, Melinda, Sergio, Dillon, Joey, Kayle, Little O, Damien, his little Viannette and great-grand son Aiden. Dulce will miss her Papi.
