Fr. Girard Anthony Bonjean
February 19, 1937 — March 10, 2014
Father Girard "Jerry" Anthony Bonjean, 77, was born in San Francisco, Ca. on February 19, 1937, and entered into eternal rest in Duarte, Ca. on March 10, 2014. Father Jerry was a beloved Salesian Priest for 47 years and resided at St. John Bosco in Bellflower.

A Vigil service will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 7:00 pm at St. John Bosco Chapel, 13640 Bellflower Bl., Bellflower, Ca. Father Jerry will then be flown to San Francisco for his Funeral Mass at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church on Monday, March 17, 2014 with burial following at Salesian Cemetery in Richmond, Ca.
He is survived by his brother, Paul Bonjean of Walnut Creek, Ca., his sister, Madelyn Fossat of San Francisco, Ca.,10 nieces and nephews, and 13 great nieces and great nephews. He also leaves behind his close church family and Salesian family, including close friend & fellow priest, Father Joseph Nguyen of St. John Bosco.
