Frances Louise Howard
November 6, 1927 — December 24, 2015
Frances Louise Howard was born to Thomas and Alberta Kelly on November 6, 1927 in Muskegon, Michigan and entered into eternal rest December 24, 2015 in Long Beach, California. Fran was 88 years old.
Fran is survived by her two loving sons Dave Howard and his wife Julie and Mark Howard and his wife Monique. Her sister Marie Harp and husband Fabian and brother Tom Kelly. Her niece Kristy and nephews Steve, Gregg and Scott. Her grandchildren Haley, Tamra (husband Casey)and their children Bradley, Samantha and Brody Snow, Stephen & Michele and Shannon(husband John) Ellis.
Fran's memory will live on by all those who knew and loved her also including her life long friends, gym buddies, book club and neighbors in Island Village. Her previous professions were in Steel Sales (the only woman) and Interior Design (her true love). Fran also enjoyed: tennis, sailing, walks and traveling.
