Frank is survived by his loving family, father, Richard Tellez, brothers, Richard Tellez Jr., Ronald Munoz, Jack Tellez, sisters, Linda Cerda, Vivian Hason, Brenda Martinez, Raquel Cisneros.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Cisneros in 2007, and his brother, Arthur Tellez in 1993.
