Fred is survived by his loving granddaughter, Lori Keltner of Norwalk, grandsons, Michael Garcia of Downey, Joseph Garcia of Downey, Shawn Garcia of Downey, and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California.
