Garland is survived by his loving wife, Sue Sho Quan, and daughters, Cynthia Quan of Los Angeles, Adrienne Garland Reynolds of Bell Gardens, and son Vincent Quan of Los Angeles, brothers, Clifford Quan, Olin Quan, Clayton Quan. Sherwood Quan, Howard Quan, Wilson Quan, sister, Patricia Quan Laird and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, June 4, 2010, at Risher Care Center in Montebello, California.
Funeral service will be at 9:00 am on Saturday, June 5, 2010, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with interment following at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
