George Castillo, 70, was born in Mexico on April 22, 1943 and passed away at his residence in South El Monte on August 30, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Castillo was previously employed as a Warehouseman for 35 years in the steel and aluminum industry.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 1:00-4:00 pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel. A Prayer Service will be held the same day at 3:00 pm. Following the services, you may join the family for a reception at the South El Monte Senior Center banquet room, 1556 Central Ave., So. El Monte. Dinner will be served.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diane M. Castillo of So. El Monte, his children, George H. Castillo Jr. of So. El Monte, Jacqueline M. (George J.) Gamoke of Mukilteo, WA., and Suzette A. (Tony) Guevara of Porter Ranch, Ca. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and his siblings, Sara Munoz of Baldwin Park, Mary Acosta of La Mirada, David Castillo of Alhambra, Gilbert Castillo of Ontario, Ray Castillo of Boyle Hts. and John Castillo of Whittier, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
