Our Story:
I fell in love with his life stories, his anecdotes, his jokes, his struggles and adventures. He was this, blond, blue-eyed, Caucasian 64-year old man. I was a brown-haired, brown-eyed, brown-skinned 27-year old girl. Most, not surprising, predicted it was not going to work. But it did.

Over the years, I have said to my husband, 'As long as you are here,
nobody can harm me.' And over the years, he has said to me, 'You are
the best thing that ever happened to me.' That is how our love affair
flourished, with kind words, mutual sentiments and a lifetime of memories.

His 87 years were marked with poverty, challenges, hard work, determination and success. He has had his share of accolades. Yet, with all of the awards gained over the years, his true measure lies not in the number of plaques on his wall, or edifices named in his honor, but in his heart's intent: to make a difference in our lives so that our lives can be made
better; and to charm his way into your hearts perhaps to be remembered for his impish smile and his genuine spirit. Thank you for making my husband's life complete.
