George Regalado
July 5, 1925 — November 28, 2006
A long time resident of Los Angeles and most recently Monterey Park, CA, George Regalado passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2006.
George was born in Los Angeles, California on July 5, 1925. He is survived by his loving wife Annie Regalado, two sons, Raymond and Arnold, four grandchildren, Stephanie, Joseph, Emily and Isabella, brother, Ernest and three sisters, Elvira, Henrietta and Estella. He is preceeded in death by three brothers, Robert, Paul and Louis, and two sisters Angelina and Clara.
George and Annie have celebrated 56 years of marriage in November. He enjoyed working hard, singing, playing with the children and was proud to have served our country during World War II in the Army. George retired from the County of Los Angeles as the Assistant Purchasing Agent and worked part-time for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2006 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Risher Mortuary Chapel, Montebello, California and the Vigil will be held on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 8:00 pm at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Montebello, California.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Montebello, California. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California, will follow.
