Gerald Tullis Huddleston was born on November 13, 1935 in Willow, Oklahoma to Mark w. Huddleston and Eula White Huddleston and entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2020 in Downey, California at the age of 84.
Gerald grew up in Oklahoma and joined the Air force after graduating high school, he moved back to Southern California. He had various jobs then employed by Los Angeles County landfill where he worked until he retired.
He married the love of his life Shirley Engebretson Huddleston on June 1955 and together had Michael W. Huddleston and Gary Jon Huddleston. They were married for 62 years.
When Gerald retired he was passionate about car shows and restored cars. He was also a very talented artist.
He leaves behind his loving Family: Son: Michael (Wife Diane) Huddleston of Lakewood, Ca, Grandchildren: Diane A.(Husband Jason) Morse of Washington, Michael Huddleston of Lakewood, Ca, Matthew Huddleston of Downey, Ca, Lisa Huddleston of Bellflower, Ca Robert Huddleston of Downey, Ca, Christie (Husband Edwin) Rivas of Bellflower, Ca, Great grandchildren: Justin Huddleston, Nicholas Huddleston, Hayley Morse, Adriana Huddleston, Ayden Rivas, Kristina Huddleston, Hannah Morse, and Audrey Rivas, numerous nieces and nephews, along with other family and friends who will love and miss him dearly.
Gerald was met at Heavens Gate by his loving wife, Shirley Engebretson Huddleston and his loving baby boy Gary Jon Huddleston.
