Geraldine is survived by her loving sisters, Sandra Avita of Yorba Linda, Caroline Amaro of Hollister, Texas, Lydia Lopez of Roland Heights, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California, with the vigil beginning at 5:00 pm.
Funeral mass will be at 9:00 am on Monday, January 12, 2009, at Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Montebello. Services conclude at the church.
